How to Add or Remove Products from Your Autoship SubscriptionUpdated 21 days ago
Managing the products in your Autoship subscription is easy and flexible. Whether you need to add new items or remove existing ones, follow the steps below to update your Autoship subscription.
Adding Products to Your Autoship Subscription
Log In to Your Account:
- Proceed through the My Account link here or visit our website and locate on the "My Account" icon from the menu (it is the icon that looks like a silhouette of a person).
- Under the Login section, enter your username and password to access your account.
- Forgot your password? No worries! Use the "Log in Without Password" option. With this option, you will be emailed a login link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your regular inbox within 10 minutes. Once you've gained access to your account, you may reset your password to one you'll remember by going under the Account Details page.
- Navigate to Autoship Subscriptions
- Once logged in, go to the "Scheduled Orders" section.
Select the Subscription to Modify
- If you have more than one, you will see a list of your Autoship subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription for which you want to add products.
- A menu will expand on the selected subscription. Select "Make changes" to enter the editing window.
- Add Product(s)
- You have the option to add new products and/or to adjust the quantity of a product that is already on your schedule.
- Increase a product's quantity: Select the quantity link on the product you wish to modify. Use the plus button to increase the quantity. Select "Update" to save the change.
- Add a product:
- To add a new one-time or subscription product, select "Add Product". You can search for a particular product or scroll through our product catalog.
- Once you've located the desired product, select " + " on it.
- Modify the quantity as needed by selecting the quantity link.
- You can add a one-time product by viewing a product and selecting "Add one time". When a product is added as a one-time product, it'll only be included on your next order. Once processed, it'll be removed automatically.
Review Changes
- Review the details to ensure everything is correct.
- Make additional updates as needed.
Removing Products from Your Autoship Subscription

- Remove Product(s)
- For each product on the schedule, you will have the option to remove the item completely or to adjust the product quantity.
- Remove a product: Select "remove" on the product that you wish to remove. In the pop-up window, select "Confirm" to save the change.
- Reduce a product's quantity: Select the quantity link on the product you wish to modify. Use the minus button to reduce the quantity. Select "Update" to save the change.
- Review Changes
- Review the details to ensure everything is correct.
- Make additional updates as needed.
