Personalizing OrnamentsUpdated 21 days ago

Steps for personalizing ornaments my vary a bit by product - however, the personalization process will be similar. 

1. Navigate to the product page for the item you wish to personalize and purchase.
2. Choose your desired color (if applicable - some items do not have multiple color options). 
3. Choose your desired size for the item (if applicable - some items do not have multiple color options). 
4. Click the Personalize button. Important: A pop-up window will appear. The scroll bar on the pop-up window is hidden until you scroll with your mouse OR click on the right-side of the box to manually drag the scroll bar up/down.
5. Select the desired number of dogs that you wish to include in your personalization. 
6. Next, enter the 1st dog's name (Note: there may be a character limit). 
7. Next, select the 1st dog's breed and color (if applicable). 
8. Repeat the last two steps for the rest of the dogs. 
9. Once you have reviewed and completed all of the personalization details, click the Add To Cart button. 
10. After doing this, you may reach an Unlock Offers page. Feel free to take advantage of the offers OR continue to the Cart Page.
11. At the Cart Page, review your personalization details once more. You can also click the preview link to view a digital version of your design. Note: If you click the preview link, it will open in a new browser tab. To get back to the Cart Page, select that tab in your browser.
12. If you are satisfied with your design, you can continue shopping OR proceed to Checkout.
