Second Chance Rescue Flights ✈️Updated 25 days ago

iHeartDogs' Second Chance Movement™ is a program to raise awareness and funds for flying at-risk shelter dogs from overcrowded, low-adoption areas to regions where loving families are waiting. Second Chance Rescue Flights are how we make that happen, carried out with partners, Greater Good Charities and Pilots to the Rescue.

Why It Matters

In many parts of the country, shelters are overcrowded and under-resourced, and adoptable dogs are euthanized simply because there isn't enough space or demand. In other regions, shelters have far more potential adopters than available dogs. Second Chance Rescue Flights closes that gap by funding flights that carry at-risk dogs from high-euthanasia-risk shelters to safety.

How You Help

There are several impactful ways you can support the Second Chance mission:

• Shop Second Chance Movement™ Products:Select products in our store are specially marked to support this program. A portion of proceeds funds flights, fuel, and ground transport for at-risk dogs.
• Join the Hero VIP Club: By becoming a Hero VIP Club member, you're making an ongoing impact on rescue flights taking place throughout the year.
• Make a One-Time Gift: You can also make a one-time donation to help fund a flight or transport.

Every contribution, big or small, helps get more at-risk dogs off the ground and into loving homes.
