Steps of Hope is an emergency rescue mission made possible through iHeartDogs' partnership with The Unstoppable Ranch in Temecula, California. This program was created to give abused and disabled dogs the chance to walk, run, and live again — through prosthetics, surgeries, hydrotherapy, and long-term care.

Why It Matters

These aren't just dogs. They're survivors. Many have endured abuse, traumatic accidents, or were born with congenital disabilities, and the cost of surgery, prosthetics, and ongoing rehabilitation is often more than shelters and rescues can afford on their own. Steps of Hope is their lifeline — funding the surgeries, custom prosthetic limbs, mobility equipment, and physical and hydrotherapy these dogs need to reclaim their lives.
