Where do I enter my coupon or store credit code?Updated 13 days ago

If you have a Hero credit (store credit), coupon/promo code, or e-gift certificate you'd like to redeem, you can enter it at either the Cart page or the Checkout page before completing your purchase.

Note: Codes cannot be stacked or combined — only one code can be applied per order.

Option 1: Cart Page

1. Go to your Cart.
2. Enter your code in the box below your items and select Apply Code.
3. Once applied, you'll see the code and its deduction listed under Cart Totals.

 Option 2: Checkout Page

1. Go to Checkout.
2. Select Have a promo code? Click here, enter your code, and select Apply.
3. Once applied, you'll see the code and its deduction itemized under the totals.

Code not working?

If your code isn't being accepted, here are the most common reasons:

• Entered incorrectly — double-check for typos or extra spaces. Copying and pasting your code directly is the best way to avoid entry errors.
• Expired — promo codes and store credits have expiration dates.
• Already used — many codes are valid for one-time use only.
• Order doesn't meet requirements — some codes have a minimum order value or apply only to specific products.
