Hero VIP Membership - How do I access my membership deals/discounts?Updated 23 days ago

If you are an active Hero VIP member, you can access your membership discounts directly from your account.

ON DESKTOP

   1. Log into your account
      • Visit our website and locate on the "My Account" icon from the menu. It is the silhouette of a person.
      • Under the Login section, enter your username and password to access your account.
      • Forgot your password? No worries! Use the "Log in Without Password" option. With this option, you will be emailed a login link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your regular inbox within 10 minutes. Once you've gained access to your account, you may reset your password to one you'll remember by going under the Account Details page
   2. Navigate to your Hero VIP Club
      • Once logged in, go to the "Hero VIP Club" section.
      • Select Discounts.
   3. View and Shop Discounts
      • From the Hero VIP Club > Discounts page, you may review current member discounts and shop desired items

ON MOBILE

STEP 1: Go here and login to your iHeartDogs account >>> My Account

STEP 2: Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see some tabs in your dashboard. Click the tab that says “Hero VIP Club”.

STEP 3: Once you do that, click on “Discounts” and scroll down to see all of your Hero VIP Club discounted items including the ones that will expire soon. From there you can add to cart whichever deals you desire. Cheers!
