Hero VIP Membership - How do I update payment?Updated 23 days ago

To update payment for your Hero VIP Membership, the instructions are as follows:

1. Login to your account here.
2. From the side menu, select Payment methods.
3. Select Add payment method and enter the card information (card number, expiration, security code) for the payment method you desire to use. 
4. Select Add payment method to save the changes. A green banner should appear confirming, "Payment method saved."
5. From the side menu, select My Subscription. 
6. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page until you reach the section titled Related orders.
7. Find the most recent renewal order attempt under the status of Pending Payment. Select Pay. 
8. Process to Checkout as normal. At Checkout, select the card you saved rather than manually entering the card information
