I placed an order and didn't receive a confirmation/receipt. What do I do?Updated 23 days ago

If you recently placed an order and have not received a confirmation email or receipt, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Thoroughly check your inbox

Start by checking your email inbox for the confirmation email or receipt. Be sure to look in the following places:

  • Regular inbox
  • Spam/junk folder (emails from us may occasionally be filtered there)

Important: If you find the confirmation email in your spam/junk folder, please add us as a contact to ensure you don’t miss future order notifications.

2. Verify Your Purchase

If you can’t find the confirmation email, review the billing/transaction history for any credit/debit cards you may have used to place the order.

  • Look for a charge from IHEARTDOGS in your transaction history.

3. Contact Us 

If you still cannot locate your confirmation email or receipt but do find a charge in your transaction history, please reach out to us.

When contacting us, provide the following details to help us locate your order:

  • Full name used at checkout
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Full shipping address
