My order has shipped. Can I change my delivery address?Updated 2 hours ago
Once an order ships, we're unable to make changes to the shipping address on our end. However, depending on the carrier, you may be able to request a redirect or address change directly with them.
Not sure which carrier is shipping your order? You can find this in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Order page.
Note: these carrier programs tend to work best when requested as soon as possible after your order ships — the closer your package gets to its delivery date, the less likely a change can be made.
