My tracking information says my order was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?Updated 15 days ago
We understand how frustrating it can be when your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it. Most packages arrive as expected when the tracking indicates delivery, but occasionally, packages can be mistakenly marked as delivered or experience other hiccups with the carrier. Don't worry—packages almost always show up shortly after.
If your tracking information says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:
1. Verify Your Shipping Address
Check the shipping address on your delivery confirmation email, or on our Track Order page, to ensure it's correct.
2. Check for a Delivery Notice or Look Around the Delivery Area
Carriers sometimes leave a notice of attempted delivery if no one was available to receive the package — check near your door or mailbox. Also look around the delivery area, since packages are sometimes placed in unexpected spots for security or convenience.
3. Check with Others Who May Have Received It
See if someone else in your household, a neighbor, or an apartment/building manager accepted the package on your behalf. If you receive mail in a cluster box, building mailroom, or other centralized location, check those areas as well.
4. Check with the Carrier
Many carriers provide proof-of-delivery details (like a GPS location or photo) on their tracking site, which can help confirm exactly where the package was left. You can also contact the carrier directly to check on the delivery or file a claim.
5. Allow More Time For The Package To Show Up
In some cases, the package might still be on its way or delayed. Please allow 3 additional business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the delivery date shown on the tracking.
Still Can’t Find Your Package?
If your package hasn't shown up within 3 additional business days from the delivery date listed on the tracking information, please reach out to us. We'll investigate the issue and ensure that you receive your order.
