Order processing time will vary based on the product and the shipping method selected. 

Ready-to-ship items

Ready-to-ship items are items that are available in inventory at the time of purchase. For these items, processing time will vary based on the selected shipping method for the order.

• Standard shipping: Ships within 3 business days M-F from the date of purchase.
• Expedited shipping: For Two-Day and Next-Day shipping options, orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM PST will ship same day. Expedited orders placed after 12PM PST Monday - Friday and on weekends (Saturday - Sunday) will ship on the next business day.

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order items are items that enter into production after being purchased. Production time for made-to-order items takes up to 15 business days M-F.

Pre-Order items

Pre-order items are items that are made available for purchase before they are physically in stock, with the understanding that they will be shipped at a later date. An estimated shipping window is confirmed prior to purchasing.
