Common Credit Card Payment Error Codes
2 = General decline by card issuing bank or service provider
3 = Refer to card issuing bank for verbal approval
27 = Address Verification Service (AVS) mismatch
999 = Unknown system error

Solutions
1) Make sure you enter your billing name and address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

2) Consider using your credit card information via PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account!)

3) Contact your bank for more details on the possible cause.
