We understand how exciting it is to receive your order! Here’s everything you need to know about tracking your purchase and understanding the delivery process.

Note:

  • It may take up to 1 hour after your purchase for your order to appear in the tracking system.
  • If you entered zip+4 on your order, you will need to use that same format when searching on the Track Order page.

Domestic Shipments

Once your order has shipped, delivery can take up to 10 business days M-F. For orders shipped to U.S. territories or locations outside the 48 contiguous states (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), delivery may take longer.

International Shipments

International Orders: Duties and Taxes Paid (shipping to AU/ CA/ UK/ NZ):

DDP is currently available for orders shipping to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. With DDP, customs duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, ensuring a smooth delivery experience with no surprise fees.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 14 business days M-F, excluding holidays, after the order is shipped.
  • Premium Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days M-F after the order is shipped.

International Orders: Duties and Taxes UNPAID

DDU is available for all countries outside of the USA, including those that support DDP. With DDU, any applicable customs duties and taxes are handled by your country’s customs office and are payable upon delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 4 weeks after the order is shipped. Final delivery will be made by your local post office.

Partial Deliveries

Some items in our store are fulfilled from different locations. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this applies to your order, it will be confirmed on your order receipt and in your shipping notifications.

If you’ve received only part of your order:

  1. Check your email: You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
  2. Visit our Tracking Page: Use the tracking numbers to view the status and location of each shipment.
  3. If all tracking numbers attached to your order show as delivered and you are missing items, contact us for further assistance.
