Why can't I place my order?Updated 21 days ago

We try to make shopping on iHeartDogs.com fast and easy. If you have trouble completing your order, start by double checking your shipping and payment details (including the billing address) for any missing or incorrect information.

It never hurts to clear your cache and cookies before you try to place the order again.

And please note, if an item in your bag has sold out between the time you added it to your bag and when you tried to finish check out, you won’t be able to complete the order.

You might also get an error message indicating that there is an issue at Checkout - whether it be due to a product in cart, a coupon/store credit code being applied, an issue with payment or something else.

If you continue to have trouble, reach out to us. Be sure to include the exact error message you received at Checkout (if applicable), a screenshot, and/or a detailed description of what you experienced.
